The Aficionado

2 oz Geneviere Genever
1 oz Dolin Rouge
1 barspoon of Luxardo Marachino liquour
( do not substitute marachino cherry juice)
1 dash of Fee Brothers Aromatic bitters
2 dashes of my house made tobacco bitters
orange peel garnish.

This will probably be a barrel aged cocktail. aged in an oak barrel for 6 weeks to allow the flavors to better blend, but certainly ok without being barrel aged.

This is the perfect cocktail for pairing with steak.
