port wine mai tai

it’s really warm in florida for january. i stepped out into the 70 degree weather and it felt like spring time. after sitting in the sun for a awhile it started to feel like summer. so here’s to florida winters.

Port Wine Mai Tai

1 oz. Light rum

1 oz. dark rum

1 oz. Amaretto di Sarronno

3/4 oz. simple syrup, lemon juice

1/2 lime juice

1 1/2 pineapple juice

mix all in shaker with plenty of ice. strain into collins glass with fresh ice.

float port wine on top.
