It’s May again. I could have gone with The National Hamburger Month or National BBQ month, but I’ll leave that to the food bloggers. We like booze. This drink would pair well with BBQ, a burger, or a burger with bbq sauce. So enjoy!
1/2 oz. Plymouth gin
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 bar spoon simple syrup
2 oz. champagne
